There’s a magic in pole that feels liberating. It invites you to let go of limitations, whether they’re physical or mental, and encourages you to show up exactly as you are. You can be strong and graceful, playful and intense—however you need to feel.
Pole is for everyone, regardless of age, gender, body type or background. My goal is to create a safe space and a supporting environment where you can explore the hidden parts of yourself without judgement.

Each class is tailored to all skill levels, offering modifications and support to help you master each movement at your own pace. Expect to work up a sweat, surprise yourself with what you can achieve, and leave each session feeling empowered, energised, and proud of your progress.
You’ll develop core strength, improve balance, increase flexibility, body awareness and coordination while challenging yourself in new and exciting ways. It’s a type of movement that feels fun and rewards every bit of hard work.
