About Us

Jazmin

To me, true health is about how you move, feel, and live.

I have always been fascinated by how the body works, and I understand that the earlier we start taking care of it, the more it’s going to thank you.

I have been enjoying movement since I was a little girl. I have a background in dancing and gymnastics and in 2013 I discovered Pole Dance. It was love at first try. I will never forget how sore I was after my first class (ouch) but I was hooked and determined to keep going. My progress was fast, and soon enough, I delved into the world of pole competitions, eventually making it to the World Championships twice with a silver then a gold medal (truly one of the biggest and proudest achievements of my life).

Since 2017, I’ve been teaching pole, sharing my love for movement and helping others discover their strength and potential. Along the way, I became passionate about stretching and mobility, dedicating myself to a deeper understanding of both to support not only my own growth but also the well-being of others.

I genuinely believe that movement is medicine, and I work to cultivate health both physically and mentally, as I know the two are inseparable. For me, mental well-being is as vital as physical health, and my goal is to create an environment that nurtures both."

Some random facts because why not:

I have a Bachelors Degree from Loughborough University (UK) where I studied Sport and Exercise Psychology.

I love cooking and fuelling my body with nutritious food but I have an astronomical craving for sweet things (thanks dad).

I can hold the plank for 8 minutes.

My eye sight is pretty bad, so if you wave at me and I don’t wave back, it’s nothing against you (I just don’t have my contacts in).

I am a clean freak (and Boti is not…so you can imagine the rest).

I speak Hungarian, English, French and Es bitzeli Dütsch (trust me, I am really trying with this one...).

I have a younger brother, Oliver (who by the way shot all the awesome pictures and videos for us. Thanks bro).

To me, movement, and sport is everything.

I’ve always been passionate about sports and movement, starting at age 3 when my family brought me to Judo training in Hungary. What began as a hobby quickly turned into a 14-year journey filled with training, competitions, and growth. Growing up in a family where sports were—and still are—priorities, movement became something I simply do, no matter what.

At 14, I began working with personal trainers, and that experience showed me the power of having someone guide you in reaching your fitness goals. The value of a trainer is fascinating to me—how much you can achieve with proper guidance, how you can push yourself to limits you never thought possible, and how much you learn about yourself along the way.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with countless clients, helping them improve their strength, fitness, and overall health.

Three years ago, I discovered body recomposition, which focuses on losing fat and gaining muscle to transform the body. Since then, I’ve helped over 100 clients achieve incredible results—from weight loss to muscle gain and everything in between.

I believe building strength and muscle is essential for a long, healthy life. Studies have shown that maintaining muscle mass can boost longevity, improve metabolic health, and reduce the risk of chronic disease. I’m here to help you reach your fitness goals in a way that fits your lifestyle.

My approach is all about making training enjoyable, sustainable, and effective. Let’s work together to help you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in your body.
